Do you know of any youth in the Northwest Territories aged 15-30 who might be interested in leading an exciting initiative? We have been in discussions with Infuse (Small Economy Works) about their micro-grant program that aims to guide Youth aged 15-30 who are interested in developing and delivering community impact programs.
SHIFT Bike Share YK is looking for youth who are interested in creating workshop(s) related to bike maintenance training and/or active mobility projects. We will provide some mentorship, guidance, and connections to help them. By signing up, Youth are identifying their interest in organizing, setting up budgets, and delivering projects. This will require some time and effort, but it also offers valuable experience and skills development.
If you or someone you know is interested in participating, please visit this expression of interest form https://forms.gle/jRpDEqyzvSytvzVb6. And then proceed to the Infuse Micro Grants Registration Page https://www.infusegrants.com/ to officially register for the funding. We look forward to connecting and supporting work that builds active, healthy, and connected communities across the NWT.
Deadline is November 7, 2025
